Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator of this platform. By registering, logging in or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
1. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate registration information; you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Keep your password and two-step verification safe and tell us immediately about any suspicious sign-in.
- Do not transfer, rent or share your account without permission.
2. Plans, payment and renewal
- Features and traffic allowances are as shown on the purchase page; prices may change but changes do not affect orders already in effect.
- Payments are currently made in USDT or other digital currency. Please check the network and amount: on-chain transfers cannot be reversed.
- When a plan expires, features beyond the free allowance are limited; historical data is retained for a reasonable period.
3. Acceptable use
- You must comply with applicable laws and with the advertising and developer policies of the media platforms you run on (such as Meta, Google and TikTok).
- Do not use the platform for fraud, infringement, illegal content or any other unlawful activity, and do not attack, probe or disrupt the platform or other users.
- We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Data and privacy
We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the business data you upload or generate and confirm that you are entitled to use it.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service stable but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will restore the service as soon as reasonably possible after maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service most recently.
7. Changes and contact
